If you’re new to the private hire industry and need some wheels to get started, then this is the scheme for you. Equally, if your own PCO car is out of action and you need to get on the road quickly, then we can help.
Yes – you have 14 days to cancel after requesting that the services to be performed. However, if you request that we perform the services before the end of this 14 day period the cancellation right no longer applies and you may become liable for a reasonable amount of hire.
No. All of our vehicles come with unlimited mileage.
Yes, breakdown cover is included in all quotations. You will be guided on the number to call should you have the need and of course our emergency numbers is always available
We suggest that in the case of an accident, you call us straight away! If for any reason you are unable to contact us then you will need to do the following steps :
- Park up in a safe place if need be
- Call an ambulance/police if required
- Write down the registration, make and model of the other vehicle
- Get details from the other party including names, phone number, insurance details and address
- Take loads of pictures!
- Take details of any witnesses
- Don’t admit liability or discuss it with the other party
- Call us the first chance you get.
